Hat cookies forever

I have never much liked Hamentaschen but it turns out “cookie” and “hat-shaped” are not terribly limiting constraints and much deliciousness can be fit within them.

The cheddar biscuit hamentaschen with mashed potato and broccoli filling was the clear winner of the night, but the s’mores hamentaschen weren’t half bad either.
